ACCESS AND USE AGREEMENT

Content purchased and downloaded from this site may not be copied, replicated or disseminated in any form, with the exception that purchasers may make one printed hardcopy, which they may use and share as they would a book.  Purchasers may also keep one digital file on an electronic storage media of their choice, for viewing by electronic means, but may not disseminate the digital file to others or allow others to copy it.  Purchasers who desire multiple copies should purchase multiple copies.
