Instructions for Using Healing Chakra Stones  - Please note that the chakra healing stones are essentially for one time use.  The vibration in the stone will swiftly discharge itself into your energy field. This will take place within the first 1 to 20 minutes of use and the vibration will immediately begin its work within the chakra for which it is intended.  No significant healing charge will remain in the stone, after the first use.  However, you may continue to use the stone as a reminder of the healing vibration, and those who are very sensitive to vibrations may be able to make a connection with any residual vibrational imprint that remains.

 The charge is effectively released into your system, based on your intention to receive it.  For optimal results, we recommend that you set aside a time to receive the vibration.  Make provision not to be disturbed.  Take the stone out of the package and meditatively hold it on or near your body in the area of the chakra that is being healed. The solar plexus stone should be held at the solar plexus, between your ribs and your navel.  The sacral center stone should be held at the sacral center, lower abdomen, near the pelvic bone. Simply intend to receive the vibration and to be open and receive.  Visualizations are ok, but the most important thing is the intention to receive the vibration and be healed.  Highly intuitive people may easily sense the vibration.  Less sensitive people may not.  Simply notice how you move through the world and the awareness of the quality of your relationships or of your feelings and emotions over the next days and weeks.
