Each human-being exists within multiple fields of energy, one within another, like nested Russian eggs. Just as the physical body is complex, these fields also have complex patterns, which help to give shape to and express the physical body. These fields and the patterns within them also influence our mental, emotional, and spiritual awareness, expression and experience. For simplicity, we call all of these related energy fields the human energy field.
Within the human energy field are energetic vortices and centers of energy, called chakras. There are lines and channels of energy that seem to connect one part of the human energy field with another, transferring energy and/or information between points. All of the above are primary features of the human energy field.
As one grows and transforms to higher levels of spiritual consciousness, one gradually becomes aware of different facets of one’s energy field, just as one is aware of one’s hands and feet. In doing so, one finds that one is much more than the physical body.
Over the next few weeks, beginning on June 21, 2013, many articles about various parts of the human energy field will be posted to help those who use this site to better understand their own energy fields and how this knowledge can be put to use for raising one’s spiritual consciousness and the spiritual consciousness of one’s group and society.
