- Beneficial energy work will be done on the group in every meeting that takes place, activating key chakras, healing and renewing the chakras from the Crown to the Root, and clearing and removing negative beliefs.
- Participants should devote time each week (at least 30 – 60 minutes per day) to practice and complete all recommended exercises. This includes keeping a journal.
- A supportive and encouraging environment with like-minded people.
- 50 CRYSTALS that Cristo will charge with custom vibrations, during the workshop sessions, to help you toward your goals will be sent to participants who register for the February 5th start date. People living in geographic regions that are expensive to ship to will need to pay for shipping costs that exceed $15.00.
- OPTIONAL FEATURE A – For an additional $100 dollars, plus shipping, participants may purchase a unit of 100 quartz crystals that Cristo Bowers will charge with customized vibrations to assist you toward your goals. These are offered at prices that have been drastically slashed from the normal pricing for custom charged crystals, specifically for the benefit of those taking these workshops.
- OPTIONAL FEATURE B – For an additional $100 dollars participants may receive an initial drawing by Cristo Bowers of key features of their energy field and also a final drawing. These drawings will serve as graphic portrayals of the initial state and of the progress made during the program. They can be extremely helpful to one’s progress.
